This website introduces MySmartSpace services and software projects. General descriptions are not a fixed quotation, response-time guarantee or final specification. Scope, equipment, pricing, schedule and support are set out in a separate written project agreement.

Home Assistant Core is free, open-source software under Apache 2.0. MySmartSpace provides deployment, integration and support services and does not sell Home Assistant software. Hardware, professional work and optional support may have separate charges.

Third-party trademarks, devices and services are subject to their own terms and compatibility limits. Mentioning a brand does not imply official partnership or support for every model.
